As the Lead Pastor of One Church, Steven provides teaching, leadership, & guidance for the church as a whole. One Church was launched in 2020 with a vision to reach those who’ve never had a church, those who’ve given up on church, and those the church has given up on.

Steven is fueled by God’s heart to seek out the ‘one ’— the one who’s hurting, the one who needs a hand, the one who’s hoping against hope, & the one who wants to help others find it!

He knows from experience that life doesn’t come with instructions. Sharing authentically from God’s word and out of his own journey of failures, flaws and successes, Steven has been helping people navigate the complexities of faith, family, friendships & finances for more than 25 years. He teaches the Bible in a straightforward way that grips & engages people, & guides them on their quest to know God & to experience the good-life Jesus came to offer!

Steven holds a Masters in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. He has planted several churches in the U.S. and has ministered on five continents—preaching, training pastors, equipping underground-persecuted church leaders in the Middle East, and teaching on international television.
